In SILVER factory, machines are built using advanced machinery and components provided only from certified suppliers.
The steel sheets are laser cut; bending, welding and punching processes are entirely robotized and controlled by highly qualified personnel: about a hundred people are involved every day in producing our machines.
Each unit undergoes a 4 level trial where the water circuit, the electrical and mechanical components as well as all general operations are carefully tested. Each product is monitored from start to finish so the whole production process can be traced step by step. The data and bench tests of each machine are kept for 10 years in our server.
Our Sales Department, which can offer its consult and support in six languages, is available to help the customers select the best solution for their needs.
Whereas our After Sales Service can advise and guide in real time and in five languages, any customer in need of technical support and during installation and maintenance of our machines.
